Office Chair Craftsmanship Production
The production process of office chairs involves multiple steps, including design and raw material preparation, cutting and processing, assembly and welding, etc..

Design and Raw Material Preparation: Office chair design is carried out based on market demand and design requirements, covering aspects such as appearance, materials, and functionality. Subsequently, raw materials and accessories required for production, such as wooden boards, metal tubes, sponges, and fabrics, are prepared according to design drawings and specifications.
Cutting and Processing: Wooden boards and metal tubes are cut into the required shapes and sizes as per the design drawings. Mechanical equipment such as planers, drill presses, and milling machines are used to process the raw materials to meet production requirements.
Assembly and Welding: The cut metal tubes are connected through welding processes to form the chair frame structure. At the same time, accessories such as armrests and seat brackets are installed onto the frame to ensure assembly quality and stability. For example, a hydraulic power machine is used to bend No. 14 steel tubes into shape to create the frame for the bottom cushion, connecting the ends and welding steel bars in the middle, which will support the mechanism for adjusting the seat position.
Processing and Coating: The seat wooden boards are sanded and painted to enhance gloss and protective properties; metal components undergo anti-corrosion treatment and chromium plating to improve appearance and durability.
Internal Structure Construction: S-shaped steel springs are hung from the front to the back of the seat frame to provide an elastic mesh; crossbars are placed horizontally and clamped onto the springs to increase stability and support; three support steel bars are connected to the springs in opposite directions to complete the internal structure of the bottom cushion.
Upholstery and Detail Handling: Steel burrs are smoothed out, leather is treated for smoothness, patterns are cut according to cardboard templates to create the required leather; foam pads for the back of the chair are cut, considering foam density, with softer and fluffier foam pads used for the seat and backrest, and wrinkled stitching is performed to increase comfort and aesthetics.
Overall Assembly: The metal frame surface is wrapped with foam pads, and the sewn upholstery is placed over it for decoration. Screws are used to fix the cover plates and frame. Adjustable-height armrests, hydraulic rods, pneumatic rods, and seat bottom support rods are assembled with the metal base. Seat wheels are installed, and the headrest and armrests are inserted into specific positions.
Measurement and Adjustment: After assembly and coating are completed, the office chair is measured and adjusted to check for seat tilt, height, sturdiness, etc., ensuring compliance with ergonomic principles and quality requirements.
Quality Inspection and Packaging: The produced office chairs undergo quality inspection to check the quality and connection of each component. After passing the inspection, they are packaged and labeled for transportation and sales.
