Office Chair Construction Process
The office chair construction process mainly includes the following steps:
Installation of Chair Wheels and Five-Pronged Base: The installation of chair wheels and the five-pronged base is the foundational step in assembling an office chair. Insert each chair wheel into the assembly holes of the five-pronged base, ensuring that each wheel is securely and properly installed. After installing the chair wheels, flip the five-pronged base over to its normal upright position, preparing it for the installation of other components.
Installation of Pneumatic Rod: The pneumatic rod is a crucial component that enables the height adjustment function of the office chair. Align the thicker end of the pneumatic rod with the central hole of the five-pronged base and gently place it in. During installation, ensure accurate alignment between the pneumatic rod and the central hole of the five-pronged base to prevent misalignment, ensuring the pneumatic rod functions properly for height adjustment of the office chair.
Installation of Seat Base and Cushion: First, place the seat base on the cushion, paying attention to the orientation of the seat base to ensure that the four screw holes on the seat base align accurately with the corresponding positions on the cushion. Next, loosely screw in the four B screws 3-4 turns each to initially secure the seat base and cushion, then tighten each screw one by one to ensure a firm connection between the seat base and cushion. After that, align the cushion with the installed seat base with the pneumatic rod and insert it into the hole on the seat base to connect the cushion with the pneumatic rod.
Installation of Backrest: The installation of the backrest involves two steps. First, align the bottom sides of the backrest with the installation positions on the armrests of the cushion and insert them. Use two C screws to secure the bottom of the backrest from the bottom of the armrest brackets, initially determining the position of the backrest. Second, align the installation holes on the back of the backrest with those on the cushion bracket, and use two wrenches to lock the backrest and cushion bracket together with D screws, ensuring the backrest is securely installed and does not wobble.
Installation of Armrests: Press the button below the armrest surface and insert the left and right armrests into the holes on the armrest brackets. During insertion, pay attention to the direction and position of the armrests to ensure they function properly after installation and coordinate well with the cushion and backrest.
Installation of Headrest: First, place the headrest in the middle position at the top of the backrest and press down on the installation area of the headrest to make it fit more closely with the backrest, ensuring comfort after installation. Then, use two E screws to secure the headrest through the headrest fixing clips, initially screwing them in 3-4 turns each and then tightening them one by one to ensure the headrest is securely installed.
