Then apply cooking oil or liquid paraffin to the contact surface and let it sit for half an hour before attempting to rotate and remove it. This method is safer for nylon wheel frames and can prevent deformation of the bracket caused by forced removal.
Threaded Spindle Handling: Some threaded wheel spindles (commonly seen in gas-lift chairs) can be directly rotated counterclockwise to separate.

Preparation: Purchase a new central spindle that matches the model and specifications of the original office chair; prepare tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches; ensure the work area is safe.
Disassembling the Old Spindle: Invert the office chair, use a screwdriver or wrench to remove the screws or nuts that secure the central spindle, and gently pull out the old spindle to avoid damaging other components.
Installing the New Spindle: Align the new spindle with the installation hole and insert it. Use tools to tighten the screws or nuts to ensure stable fixation. Check if other components are intact and replace them if necessary.
Testing and Adjustment: Invert the office chair to its normal use state and test if the rotation function is normal. If adjustment is needed, further optimize it to achieve the best use effect.
