Pre-installation Preparation: After receiving the goods, first carefully check the quantity and specifications of the screws. Ensure there are ten long screws and two short screws. These screws are essential accessories for the subsequent installation process. If the quantity does not match or the specifications are incorrect, it may affect the installation progress and the stability of the chair.
Backrest Installation: Taking the NB01 bow-shaped office chair as an example, first place the backrest with its back facing upwards and position the holes on both sides towards the front. The purpose of this step is to facilitate subsequent connection and fixation with other components. Next, locate the left and right armrests and align them with the holes on both sides of the backrest, ensuring accurate insertion. Then, use 2CM hexagon socket screws to tighten them on both sides, thereby fixing the left and right armrests to the backrest and forming a stable structure.
Seat Cushion Installation: Place the seat cushion with the hole side facing upwards, aligning the holes on both sides inward with the holes on the left and right armrests. At the connection points, use 3CM hexagon socket screws with washers to tighten and secure them. The function of the washers is to increase the contact area between the screws and the components, distribute pressure, prevent the screws from loosening, and protect the surface of the components from being scratched by the screws, ensuring a firm connection between the seat cushion and the armrests.
Support Frame Installation: Attach foot pads at appropriate positions on the bottom of the support frame. The foot pads serve to prevent slipping and protect the floor. Position the two support frames with their bottom tube ends facing inwards and align the holes with the two sets of holes on the left and right sides of the seat cushion. Tighten 3CM hexagon socket screws at the connection points to secure them. This ensures a tight connection between the support frame and the seat cushion, providing stable support for the chair.
Crossbar Installation: Locate the crossbar and align its two ends with the corresponding holes in the middle of the support frames. Tighten 2CM hexagon socket screws on both sides to secure the crossbar. The installation of the crossbar enhances the overall structural stability of the chair, making it more robust and durable. Finally, straighten up the fully assembled chair and check whether all components are firmly installed and whether there is any looseness or wobbling, ensuring the chair can be used normally.
