Office Chair Bottom Fixation
The main methods for fixing the bottom of an office chair include drilling installation, anti-slip pad pasting, strap tightening, and bottom bracket snap-on fixation. Different methods are suitable for different scenarios, and there are also relevant bottom fixation operations during the installation process.

Drilling Installation: This method is suitable for spaces that require long-term fixation, such as school classrooms and public cafes, offering strong stability. During operation, first mark the corresponding points between the chair legs and the ground. This step is crucial; it is necessary to avoid hidden underground water and power lines to prevent safety hazards caused by line damage during drilling. After determining the position, drill holes and then insert expansion screws to fix the chair. However, this method leaves slight holes in the ground, so it is more suitable for areas where the layout will not change frequently in the future.
Anti-slip Pad Pasting: This method is convenient for daily household use and is suitable for both tile and wooden floors. Choose a silicone or rubber pad with anti-slip texture on the bottom and cut it to the same size as the bottom of the chair legs. Before pasting, clean the bottom of the chair legs and the ground to ensure a firm paste. This method effectively prevents the chair from sliding, reduces the floor friction sound generated during movement, and makes it easy to replace the pad.
Strap Tightening: This method is mainly used for temporarily placing chairs, such as tidying up tables and chairs after a family gathering or arranging seats for an outdoor stall. Use wear-resistant Velcro straps to cross-wrap the legs of adjacent chairs. After tightening, the chairs can be fixed in a row and will not easily loosen. After use, simply untie the straps; the reusability rate is high.
Bottom Bracket Snap-on Fixation: This method is suitable for gaming chairs and office chairs that come with matching accessories. Simply snap the matching plastic bottom bracket onto the bottom of the chair and then press the bottom bracket onto the ground. Relying on the tension of the snap-on, the chair can be firmly fixed without drilling, without damaging the ground, and maintaining a clean appearance after disassembly.
In addition, there are also bottom fixation operations involved in the installation process of office chairs. For example, insert the chair wheels one by one into the five-claw assembly holes, flip the five-claw, and place the thicker end of the gas rod into the center hole of the five-claw; place the chassis on the seat cushion, pay attention to the orientation of the chassis, align it with the four screw holes, and then easily screw in the four B screws 3 - 4 turns one by one, and then tighten the screws one by one; align the seat cushion with the gas rod and insert it into the chassis hole, etc.
