Fixation of Office Chair and Boss Chair

The fixation of an office chair or boss chair can be carried out according to the following steps:

First, install the chair wheels and the five-star base. Insert each chair wheel into the assembly holes of the five-star base one by one, ensuring that each wheel is properly installed and secure. After insertion, flip the five-star base over and precisely align the thicker end of the gas lift with the center hole of the five-star base. This step is the foundation of the entire chair installation, so it is important to ensure a tight connection between the gas lift and the five-star base to prevent wobbling during subsequent use.

Next, install the seat base and the seat cushion. Place the seat base on the seat cushion, paying special attention to the orientation of the seat base to ensure it is correctly aligned with the seat cushion. After aligning the four screw holes on the seat base and the seat cushion, lightly screw in the four screws 3 - 4 turns one by one. This step is to initially fix the seat base and the seat cushion to prevent relative movement during subsequent operations. Then, tighten the screws one by one to ensure a firm connection between the seat base and the seat cushion.

Then, connect the seat cushion to the gas lift. Align the seat cushion with the installed seat base with the gas lift, and insert it into the hole in the seat base. Ensure a smooth connection between the seat cushion and the gas lift during insertion. After full insertion, the seat cushion should be stably fixed on the gas lift.

The installation of the backrest is relatively more complex. First, align the bottom sides of the backrest with the installation positions on the armrests of the seat cushion and insert them. Pay attention to the positional relationship between the backrest and the armrests during insertion to ensure accurate insertion. Then, use two C-screws to fix the bottom of the backrest from the bottom of the armrest brackets. This step initially fixes the lower part of the backrest. Next, align the installation holes on the back of the backrest and the seat cushion bracket, and use two wrenches to lock and fix the backrest and the seat cushion bracket with D-screws. This step ensures a firm connection between the backrest and the seat cushion bracket, preventing loosening during use. For the installation of some boss chairs, the backrest can also be inserted into the tray, and then the installed chair can be inserted into the gas lift.

The installation of the armrests is relatively simple. Press the button below the armrest surface, and insert the left and right armrests into the holes of the armrest brackets respectively. After insertion, check whether the armrests are firmly installed and can function properly.

Finally, install the headrest. Place the headrest in the middle position at the top of the backrest, press the installation part of the headrest to make it fit more closely with the backrest, and then use two E-screws to pass through the headrest fixing clips for fixation. First, lightly screw them in 3 - 4 turns and then tighten them one by one to ensure the headrest is firmly installed.
