Align the gas cylinder with the screw holes on the base, use three coarse screws to fix the gas cylinder to the base, and then use a wrench to tighten all the screws in sequence to ensure a firm connection between the gas cylinder and the base. The second step is to install the integrated tray and the chair body. Align the integrated tray with the screw holes on the chair body, use four fine screws to fix the integrated tray to the chair body, and also use a wrench to tighten all the screws in sequence. Finally, insert the integrated tray into the gas cylinder and press gently. The installation is complete. At this point, you can adjust the seat height by pulling the handle.

Repair: When an office lift chair or a gaming chair has problems such as tilting to one side or being unable to lift, you can repair or replace the base tray by yourself. First, prepare a hammer. A rubber hammer is the best choice. If you don't have a rubber hammer, when using an iron hammer, pad it with a towel to prevent scratching the paint surface. Turn the chair upside down on the ground, remove the screws that fix the bottom tray, and separate the tray from the seat cushion. Then, you can disassemble the base, the gas cylinder, and the chair legs to check the specific fault location. If you need to disassemble the base, hold the chair upside down with one hand, hit a certain position on the base with a rubber hammer, or hit it several times with an iron hammer padded with a towel, and the base will separate.

During the installation and repair process, follow the steps strictly, pay attention to the specifications and tightening degree of the screws to avoid improper operation leading to an insecure installation or damage to components during the repair process.
