Office Chair Back Sticker
There is no unified standard size for stickers on the back of office chairs. They need to be customized according to the chair type, the actual size of the chair back, and personal needs. Common widths range from 10-30cm, and heights range from 40-50cm. The material should be selected with stretchability in mind, considering the curvature of the chair back.

Common Size Ranges
Common widths for office chair stickers include 10cm, 15cm, 20cm, etc. Lengths are available in rolls of 2 meters or 5 meters, allowing users to cut them to size as needed. In set products, the dimensions of individual stickers are typically 40ร135cm, 45ร135cm, 50ร135cm, etc., covering the common needs of small to medium-sized chair backs. For regular office chairs, it is recommended to choose stickers with widths of 20-30cm and heights of 40-50cm, which can cover the main area of the chair back while avoiding material waste.
Core Parameter Matching Principles
When purchasing, width and height should be the core parameters to ensure that the sticker size matches the actual size of the chair back. If the chair back has a curve or special shape, additional measurements of the radius of curvature or the size of irregular areas are required to prevent wrinkles or็ฟ่พน (edge curling) due to size mismatches. For example, a curved chair back requires a sticker with a width slightly larger than the widest part of the chair back, with the edges adjusted through cutting for a better fit.
Material and Shape Adaptability
The sticker material should be selected based on the characteristics of the chair back:
- Flat chair backs: Ordinary PVC or paper stickers can be chosen, which are cost-effective and easy to handle;
- Curved chair backs: Materials with stretchability, such as polyurethane (PU) or elastic PVC, should be selected. These materials can stretch along with the curvature of the chair back, reducing gaps;
- Chair backs with complex shapes: It is recommended to choose stickers that can be customized with irregular cuts or cover them with multiple small-sized stickers spliced together.
In addition, the shape of the sticker should match the contour of the chair back. If the chair back is a regular rectangle, standard-sized stickers can be directly selected; if it is trapezoidal, circular, or irregular in shape, a contour drawing of the chair back should be prepared in advance and submitted to the merchant for custom cutting.
Practical Measurement and Cutting Techniques
When measuring, use a soft tape measure or a ruler to record the maximum width, height, and depth of curvature of the chair back. If the sticker is a roll material, a sample piece slightly larger than the chair back size can be cut first, attached, and then trimmed with a utility knife to remove excess parts; if it is a shaped sticker, the position of patterns or text should be adjusted according to the measurement data to avoid key information being cut off.
