TOAI E1 Office Chair:

1. Install Wheels and Gas Cylinder: Press the wheels into the chair legs, ensuring each wheel is firmly installed. Then, place the gas cylinder into the hole in the middle of the chair; this is the key component that supports the chair's height adjustment.
2. Connect Seat Cushion and Backrest: Take out the seat cushion and backrest and connect them. Use three M8 screws to secure the backrest and ensure the screws are tightened to guarantee the stability of the backrest.
3. Install Armrests and Footrest: Connect the armrests to the seat cushion. After flipping the chair seat, secure the other armrest. Then, take the footrest and insert it into the hole beneath the seat cushion to add extra comfort to the chair.
4. Assemble Gas Cylinder and Base: Align the gas cylinder with the base and insert it, ensuring a tight connection between the gas cylinder and the base.
5. Install Headrest: Finally, insert the headrest into the top of the backrest to provide neck support.

1. Install Chair Wheels and Gas Rod: Insert each chair wheel into the five-claw assembly holes one by one, ensuring each wheel is properly installed. After flipping the five-claw base, place the thicker end of the gas rod into the center hole of the five-claw base.
2. Secure Base and Seat Cushion: Place the base on the seat cushion, paying attention to the orientation of the base. After aligning the four screw holes, lightly screw in four B screws 3 - 4 turns each, and then tighten them one by one to ensure a firm connection between the base and the seat cushion.
3. Connect Seat Cushion and Gas Rod: Align the seat cushion with the gas rod and insert it into the hole in the base, ensuring the gas rod can properly support the seat cushion.
4. Install Backrest and Armrests: Align the bottom sides of the backrest with the installation positions of the armrests on both sides of the seat cushion and insert them. First, use two C screws to secure the bottom of the backrest from the bottom of the armrest brackets. Then, align the installation holes at the back of the backrest and the seat cushion brackets, and use two wrenches to lock the backrest and the seat cushion brackets together with D screws.
