Office Chair Assembly Process
The assembly process of an office chair mainly includes the following steps:

Step 1: Install the Wheels
Insert the five wheels (or casters) one by one into the corresponding holes of the five-star base. Ensure that each wheel is fully embedded and firmly secured. The five-star base is the supporting foundation of the office chair, and the wheels should be installed with consistent orientation to avoid stuttering or tilting when the chair moves due to improper installation.
Step 2: Install the Gas Lift
Insert the gas lift vertically into the central hole of the five-star base. The gas lift is the core component for adjusting the chair's height. During installation, ensure that it is perpendicular to the ground to prevent abnormal air pressure function or chair wobbling due to tilting. Some gas lifts may have explosion-proof designs, and check if they are properly installed.
Step 3: Secure the Base Plate and Seat Plate
Place the base plate (usually made of metal or plastic) at the bottom of the seat plate and fix them together with four long screws. Tighten the screws to an appropriate torque to avoid a loose structure due to under-tightening or material damage due to over-tightening. The base plate is a key component connecting the seat plate and the gas lift, and ensure that it is installed flat.
Step 4: Connect the Backrest and Seat
Fix the backrest and the seat plate with screws through corner brackets (metal connectors). Align the corner brackets with the preset holes. After tightening the screws, check the perpendicularity of the backrest and the seat plate to avoid tilting or abnormal noise during chair use due to installation deviations.
Step 5: Install the Bracket and Backrest
Taking the LS-900 ergonomic chair as an example, fix the bracket and the backrest with four M6*20mm screws. The bracket is the core structure supporting the backrest. Ensure that the screws are fully screwed in and not loose to prevent the backrest from wobbling or falling off during use.
Step 6: Install the Decorative Covers
Cover the decorative covers over the screws or connecting parts to conceal the exposed metal or plastic structures and enhance the overall aesthetics of the chair. The decorative covers should be snapped in tightly or fixed with screws to prevent them from falling off.
Step 7: Install the Armrests
Taking the LS-900 ergonomic chair as an example, install the left and right armrests respectively with six M6*25mm screws. The armrests should be installed symmetrically. After tightening the screws, check that the heights of the armrests are consistent to avoid discomfort during use due to installation deviations.
Step 8: Install the Tray
Taking the LS-900 ergonomic chair as an example, fix the tray at the bottom of the seat plate with four M6*20mm screws. The tray is the component connecting the seat cushion and the base plate. Ensure that it is installed flat to prevent the seat cushion from tilting or abnormal air pressure function.
Step 9: Install the Bracket and Seat Cushion
Taking the LS-900 ergonomic chair as an example, fix the bracket and the seat cushion with three M8*6mm screws. The bracket should be in full contact with the seat cushion. After tightening the screws, check that the seat cushion is stable to prevent sinking or wobbling during use.
Step 10: Install the Headrest
Taking the LS-900 ergonomic chair as an example, fix the headrest at the top of the backrest with two M6*25mm screws. Adjust the headrest to an appropriate height. After tightening the screws, check that the headrest can be adjusted flexibly to avoid function failure due to over-tightening during installation.
