The assembly method of an office chair can be carried out by referring to the following steps:

First, prepare all the necessary materials and tools, including various components of the office chair (such as the base, casters, seat frame, armrests, etc.) as well as matching screws (such as screws J and K), washers L, and screwdriver sleeves. Ensure that all components are complete and not missing, and that the tools are compatible and can function properly. This is the foundation for successfully completing the assembly.

Installing the base casters is a crucial first step. Install each caster into the corresponding holes on the base one by one. During installation, make sure that the casters fit snugly against the base and are securely installed to avoid situations where the casters become loose or fall off during subsequent use, which could affect the normal use and safety of the office chair.

When installing the seat frame, use screws J and K in combination with washer L. Place the seat frame in the appropriate position, pass screws J and K through the corresponding holes on the seat frame and the base, then put on washer L, and finally use the appropriate tool to tighten the screws. The function of washer L is to increase the contact area, distribute the pressure, prevent the screws from loosening, and at the same time protect the surfaces of the seat frame and the base from being worn. When tightening the screws, pay attention to applying an appropriate amount of force to avoid over-tightening, which could cause the screws to strip or damage the components.

Installing the armrests requires the use of screws and screwdriver sleeves. Align the armrests with the pre-reserved installation positions on the seat frame, insert the screws, then put on the screwdriver sleeves, and use the tool to tighten the screws so that the armrests are firmly fixed to the seat frame. During the installation process, pay attention to whether the direction and position of the armrests are correct to ensure that the installed armrests are comfortable to use and conform to ergonomic principles.

Finally, place the seat frame with the installed armrests into the base, and check whether all components are firmly installed and whether there is any looseness or wobbling. You can gently shake the office chair to feel its stability. If any problems are found, make timely adjustments and reinforcements.
