The steps for assembling an office chair are as follows:

Pre-assembly Inspection: Before starting to assemble the office chair, some inspection work is required. Carefully examine the chair's leather surface for any scratches or other defects. This helps in identifying issues promptly after assembly and contacting after-sales service for resolution. At the same time, carefully check whether all the assembly components are present. If any components are missing, contact customer service promptly to avoid installation delays due to insufficient parts.

Installing the Five-star Base and Wheels: This is the first step in the assembly process. Pick up the universal wheels and align them with the holes on the five-star base. Then, press firmly to securely attach the wheels to the five-star base. Repeat this process for all five wheels. During installation, ensure that each wheel is properly seated to prevent looseness, which could affect the safety and stability of the office chair.

Installing the Gas Lift: Insert the gas lift into the central hole of the five-star base, ensuring a tight connection between the gas lift and the base. Next, insert the other end of the gas lift into the central hole of the seat base, and then flip the seat base upright. The gas lift is a crucial component for the height adjustment function of the office chair. During installation, ensure its verticality and stability to avoid issues such as uneven height adjustment or tilting during use.

Installing the Seat: There are two common installation methods. One method involves attaching the chassis to the underside of the seat panel and securing the base to the seat panel with four long screws. When tightening the screws, apply moderate force to avoid over-tightening or under-tightening, ensuring a secure seat installation. The other method is to install the seat directly, following the corresponding assembly instructions.

Installing the Backrest: There are also different installation methods for the backrest. One method is to insert the backrest diagonally into the seat pins, and then attach the pin cover after securing it. This ensures a tight connection between the backrest and the seat, maintaining a neat appearance. Another method involves using backrest-to-seat connecting brackets and securing the backrest to the seat with screws, which also provides a stable connection.
