Office Chair Angle Adjustment
Office chair angle adjustment methods mainly include sitting posture angle adjustment, backrest recline adjustment, backrest flat adjustment, and front-to-back rocking adjustment, as detailed below:

For sitting posture angles, slightly reclining to approximately 100 to 110 degrees is a more suitable position. This posture can effectively reduce pressure on the lumbar spine. The key is to ensure that the entire back, especially the lower back, is in close contact with the backrest. When the back is fully in contact with the backrest, the backrest can provide good support for the lower back, distributing the concentrated pressure of body weight on the lumbar spine. This reduces the risk of lower back fatigue and injury caused by prolonged sitting, helps maintain the natural physiological curvature of the spine, and enhances the comfort and healthiness of the sitting posture.
When adjusting the backrest recline, first sit on the office chair and then locate the adjustment handle. After pulling the handle, lean back slightly with your back. When you reach the desired angle, release the handle, and the backrest will be fixed at that angle. If you want to return the backrest to its original upright position, continue pulling the handle while applying a slight force with your back, and the backrest will spring back. This adjustment method allows users to flexibly adjust the backrest angle according to different work scenarios and physical needs. For example, when you need to concentrate on thinking or writing, you can straighten the backrest; when resting or reading, you can recline it appropriately to relax your body.
For backrest flat adjustment, there is usually a lever under the right armrest. By operating this lever, you can flatten the backrest, providing users with a resting position similar to a recliner. This is suitable for short breaks during lunchtime or after prolonged work to relieve physical fatigue.
In terms of front-to-back rocking adjustment, there is a thick black cylinder in front of the chair's gas lift. Rotating this cylinder left or right allows you to adjust the rocking amplitude. Users can choose an appropriate rocking amplitude according to their preferences and comfort level. This adjustment method increases the flexibility and fun of the sitting posture and also helps promote blood circulation in the body and reduce discomfort caused by prolonged sitting.
