Office Chair and Boss Chair Production
The production process of office chairs and boss chairs involves multiple steps, including frame making, spring installation, leather processing, etc. Boss chairs also incorporate special designs based on functional requirements.

The production of office chairs begins with frame making. Workers use hydraulic-powered machines to bend 14-gauge steel tubes into shape, creating the frame for the bottom cushion. They connect the ends and weld steel bars in the middle, which are used to support the mechanism for adjusting the seat position. Next, S-shaped steel springs are hung from the front to the back of the seat frame. These wave-shaped springs eventually form an elastic net in the seat, providing a comfortable sitting experience. After that, crossbars are placed horizontally and clamped onto the springs to add extra stability and support. For the back frame, including the assembly of the spine, armrest attachments, and other components, burrs and other rough areas on the steel are smoothed out to ensure safety during use. In terms of leather processing, workers smooth the leather and place it evenly on the cutting table, cutting patterns according to cardboard templates while avoiding natural flaws in the leather. Additionally, foam pads for the back of the chair are cut, and the foam density in the chair is determined to provide appropriate support and comfort.
The production of boss chairs is similar to that of office chairs in basic steps but incorporates special designs based on different types and functional requirements. For example, electric leather boss chairs adopt electric adjustment mechanisms, allowing users to adjust the angle and height of the chair with buttons. Reclining dual-purpose executive chairs are designed with foldable footrests and adjustable backrests, providing a more comfortable resting experience. Some boss chairs also feature massage functions, with built-in massage devices that relieve body fatigue through vibration or rolling. Moreover, boss chairs are more particular about material selection, often using high-grade leather or fabric, paired with exquisite stitching and metal decorations to enhance the overall texture. Some luxury electric boss chairs also adopt a three-layer soft-pack design, increasing the comfort and luxury of the seat.
