There is usually a transfer switch under the office chair. If this switch is accidentally locked, the chair will lose its elasticity. Generally, an arrow pointing to ON means on, and an arrow pointing to OFF means off. Turn on the transfer switch to restore the chair's elasticity.

Improper adjustment of the air control valve

The adjustment of the air control valve can also affect the elasticity of the chair. Try adjusting the air control valve. At the same time, regularly maintain the office chair and check whether the shock absorber has any abnormalities, such as oil leakage or damage to the connecting rod.
