Office Chair Adjustment Wrench
The office chair adjustment wrench is primarily used to adjust the seat height and tilt the seat forward and backward, and some can also adjust the tightness of the armrests.

I. Adjusting Seat Height
This is one of the most common functions of the office chair adjustment wrench. When adjusting, if the seat needs to be raised, the user should first leave the chair or lift their body to avoid affecting the adjustment effect due to body weight, and then pull the wrench under the seat to raise it. If the seat height needs to be lowered, the user sits on the chair and pulls the wrench, and the chair will descend due to body weight. This design allows users to easily adjust the seat height according to their own height and the height of the desk, maintain a correct sitting posture, reduce pressure on the neck and shoulders, and improve work comfort. For example, when the user needs to work with a higher desk, raising the seat height so that the elbow is at about 90 degrees when the arms hang naturally can reduce fatigue in the arms and shoulders.
II. Adjusting Seat Tilt Forward and Backward
The wrench for adjusting the seat tilt forward and backward enables the chair seat to tilt forward and backward through rotational operation to meet different sitting posture needs. During work, the user may need to maintain a relatively upright sitting posture, in which case the seat can be adjusted to a small backward tilt angle or a state close to horizontal; while during rest or some light work, such as reading documents or thinking, the seat can be tilted backward appropriately to relax the body. In addition, some office chairs also support the forward tilt function of the seat, which provides better support and comfort for work that requires leaning forward for fine operations, such as drawing and design.
III. Adjusting Armrest Tightness
The tightness of the armrests on some office chairs needs to be adjusted using the included hex wrench. Different users have different arm lengths and habits. By adjusting the tightness of the armrests, the armrests can better fit the arms and provide comfortable support. For example, people with longer arms can adjust the armrests higher and looser so that their arms can be placed more naturally; while people with shorter arms can adjust the armrests lower and tighter to avoid the arms hanging in the air.
