Office Chair Adjustment Lever
The office chair adjustment lever mainly has functions such as controlling height adjustment, backrest recline force, backrest firmness, locking status, and backrest rebound force.

Height Adjustment Function: The adjustment lever on the right side of most executive chairs is responsible for controlling the chair's height. When in use, sit on the chair and gently lift the lever upwards to raise the chair; press it downwards to lower the chair. During the height adjustment process, keep your buttocks on the seat and use your body weight to assist in the adjustment, which allows for more precise finding of the appropriate height. Generally, the most comfortable height is when the knees are bent at a 90-degree angle and the feet can rest flat on the ground.
Backrest Recline Force Control Function: The adjustment lever on the left side is usually used to control the backrest recline force. Lift this lever upwards, and the chair can recline backwards. Once the user finds a suitable angle, press it down to lock it in place. Some high-end chairs come with a knob. By rotating this knob, the tightness of the recline can be adjusted. People with a heavier build can tighten the knob to get sufficient support; if they want to relax during a lunch break, they can loosen the knob.
Other Functions: Some office chair adjustment levers have other special functions. For example, rotating the knob clockwise can make the chair backrest softer, providing more flexible support for the user and meeting different sitting posture needs. Rotating the lever up and down can adjust the chair height; rotating the lever upwards raises the chair, and rotating it downwards lowers the chair. Pushing the lever inwards locks the chair in its current state, preventing accidental movement during use, while pulling the lever outwards releases the lock, allowing the chair to be adjustable again. In addition, theๆๆ (rocking handle) of the office chair can adjust the backrest rebound force. Clockwise adjustment (counterclockwise in some cases) can increase the rebound force, and the opposite direction decreases it. Shaking the rocking handle can also raise the seat plate, and pressing the lever beside it can lower the seat plate.
