Office Chair Accessories Screws
There are various types of screws for office chair accessories, and different types of screws differ in specifications and uses.

In the installation scenario of single-back chairs, multiple types of screws are used. A4 screws and A2 screws are relatively common. Among them, A2 screws are longer than A4 screws, but they have the same thickness. Long self-tapping screws are also used in the installation of single-back chairs. They have the characteristic of self-tapping and can tap threads on the material by themselves during installation, facilitating fixation. There are also screws for fixing the lifting mechanism. These screws are thinner than A4 screws and are mainly used for fixing the lifting function of office chairs to ensure the stability and reliability of the lifting structure.
The types of hardware screws for office chairs are even more diverse. 12.9-grade black internal hexagon set screws are available in specifications such as M3 and M4. Among them, concave-end set screws belong to this type and are usually used in positions where precise fixation is required and it is not desired for the screw head to protrude and affect the appearance or function. M8*20 black zinc-plated 8.8-grade internal and external hexagon screws with anti-slip teeth have black zinc plating, which gives them a certain degree of rust resistance. The 8.8-grade strength can meet the force requirements of some structures of office chairs, and the anti-slip tooth design enhances the stability of the connection and prevents the screws from loosening. Five-star rubber-head screws M8 have a unique five-star rubber-head design that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also makes it easier to apply force during operation, facilitating installation and removal. Furniture screws with semi-round heads, internal hexagons, washers, and embossed patterns are available in specifications such as M6 and M8. Screws with serrated washers and embossed bolts are also among them. The semi-round head design makes the screw head fit more closely with the installation surface. The internal hexagon structure is convenient for operation with an internal hexagon wrench. The design with a washer can increase the force-bearing area and reduce damage to the installation material, and the embossed treatment further improves the stability of the connection.
Different types of screws for office chair accessories have their own characteristics in terms of material, strength, and specifications. When selecting and using them, it is necessary to comprehensively consider factors such as the specific structure of the office chair, installation requirements, and the usage environment to ensure the installation quality and usage safety of the office chair.
