Office Chair Ab Workout
It is feasible to use an office chair to practice for getting ab lines. Here are some specific methods:

Seated Ab Crunch: This exercise effectively targets the deep abdominal muscles. Sit upright in an office chair with your feet flat on the ground to provide stable support for your body. You can cross your arms over your chest or place your hands behind your head, but be careful not to pull on your head to compensate. Slowly inhale while contracting your abdomen inward, bringing your navel towards your spine and feeling the tightness in your abdominal muscles. Then exhale as you lean your upper body slightly forward, bending it towards your thighs to further stimulate and enhance the contraction of your abdominal muscles. Do 15 - 20 repetitions per set and 3 - 4 sets per day. Consistent practice over time can improve abdominal muscle strength and contribute to the formation of ab lines.
Leg Raise Crunch: Sit in the chair and lift your feet parallel to the ground with your calves hanging naturally. This position increases the difficulty of engaging your abdominal muscles. Place your hands behind your head, slowly inhale, and tighten your abdomen to prepare for the next movement. As you exhale, lean your upper body forward and simultaneously lift your legs slightly so that your upper body and legs get as close as possible. At this point, your abdominal muscles will be strongly stimulated, resulting in a noticeable contraction. Do 10 - 15 repetitions per set and 3 sets per day. This exercise effectively works both the upper and lower abdominal muscles.
Plank (Desk Version): Place your hands on the desk and extend your feet backward to keep your body in a straight line. This is a variation of the plank exercise. During the movement, pay special attention to tightening your abdominal, gluteal, and leg muscles to maintain body stability. Avoid letting your waist sag or your hips stick up, as this will reduce the effectiveness of the abdominal muscle workout and may cause injury to your waist. Hold the position for 30 - 60 seconds each time and do 3 - 4 sets per day to strengthen the overall strength of your core muscle group.
Twisting Motion: Sit in the chair with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the chair handles with your hands to provide stable support for your body. Slowly inhale and keep your body stable. As you exhale, twist your upper body to one side as far as possible, feeling the stretch and contraction on one side of your abdomen. Do 10 - 15 twists to each side per set and 3 sets per day. This exercise works your oblique abdominal muscles and makes your ab lines more prominent.
