Nissan has launched an AI office chair called the 'AI Zero-Pressure Cloud Blanket Office Chair,' which is based on the same seat as the N7 and features multiple innovative designs and functions.
I. Structure and Materials
This office chair is not a simple modification but fully retains the structural logic, functional configuration, and adjustment experience of the N7 seat. It uses the same skin-friendly coagulated fat fabric as the N7 seat, offering a soft touch and excellent breathability. The backrest and seat cushion feature 10-layer and 11-layer composite structures, respectively, containing multiple density foam layers and anti-fatigue support materials. This layered design combines materials of different densities to provide long-term stable support while allowing for micro-adjustments based on sitting posture changes, effectively dispersing body pressure and reducing fatigue from prolonged sitting.
II. Intelligent Adjustment System
The chair integrates 49 flexible sensors that continuously monitor the user's body shape, posture, and weight distribution. Sensor data is analyzed by algorithms to drive dynamic adjustments of 19 smart airbags. These airbags are distributed across key areas such as the backrest, seat cushion, side wings, and leg supports, enabling adaptive adjustments for 'one-size-fits-none' comfort based on the user's body type and sitting posture. For example, when the user leans back, the backrest airbags automatically inflate to provide support; when the user leans forward to work, the front part of the seat cushion adjusts its firmness for comfort.
III. Functional Extensibility
The office chair offers three core functions: massage, ventilation, and heating. The massage system uses 12 massage points to simulate manual pressure, providing targeted relaxation for fatigue-prone areas like the waist and back. The ventilation function accelerates air circulation through built-in fans, preventing discomfort from prolonged sitting. The heating function provides uniform warmth through heating elements, suitable for cold environments. The system automatically adjusts the chair angle, airbag pressure, and function combinations accordingly.
