The installation steps for NetEase office chairs (such as models S9 PRO+, S9 PRO, etc.) are as follows:

1. Install the Chair Base and Wheels Insert the five chair wheels vertically into the five holes on the chair base one by one, ensuring that each wheel is fully embedded and secure. After installation, check that the wheels rotate smoothly to avoid any operational issues caused by improper installation.

2. Install the Gas Lift Insert the gas lift vertically into the central hole of the chair base, ensuring that the bottom of the gas lift is fully flush with the base. The gas lift is the core component that supports the seat's height adjustment, so it must be installed vertically to prevent abnormal pressure function due to tilting.

3. Install the Armrests Secure the left and right armrests with six screws each. Be sure to distinguish between the left and right armrests, which are usually marked with “L” (left) or “R” (right) on the inside. It is recommended to have two people cooperate during installation: one person holds the armrest while the other tightens the screws with a screwdriver to prevent the armrest from shifting.

4. Install the Seat Base Place the seat base on a flat surface (such as the packaging carton) and fix it to the seat cushion with four screws. The seat base is a key component connecting the seat to the gas lift, so ensure that the screws are tightened during installation to prevent loosening during subsequent use.

5. Connect the Backrest to the Seat Base Secure the backrest to the seat base with three screws. Align the interface between the backrest and the seat cushion during installation to ensure accurate screw hole positions and avoid structural instability caused by misalignment.

6. Assemble the Seat with the Gas Lift Align the installed seat base with the top of the gas lift and press down vertically until the seat base is fully embedded in the gas lift. Apply even pressure during this step to ensure a secure connection between the seat and the gas lift.

7. Install the Headrest Pull the headrest clip to the lowest mesh surface, place the front end of the clip on the top of the backrest, align it with the screw hole, and secure it with a screw. During installation, ensure that the clip is fully flush with the backrest and that the headrest can be adjusted in height normally after tightening the screw.

• The legs (chair base) are made of metal and can be inserted directly into the holes on the base without additional tools.
• The gas lift is a dant 4-grade model; ensure that the gas lift grade matches the product specifications during installation.
• Armrest installation requires distinguishing between left and right; it is recommended to have two people cooperate when tightening the screws. The screws for the base and backrest can be placed on the packaging carton for easier application of force.
