Mini Office Chair Tutorial
Here is the DIY tutorial for an ultra-mini bar stool (which can be used as a reference for a mini office chair):

Material Preparation
To make an ultra-mini bar stool, prepare the following materials:
- Pins: As the main support structure for the chair legs, choose pins with a thin diameter to ensure overall proportional harmony.
- Ultra-small golden beads: Used to decorate the top of the chair legs while adding structural stability.
- Golden circles with a diameter of 4mm: Serve as the frame for the chair seat, requiring a certain degree of hardness to support glue fixation.
- Wooden sheets: As the main material for the chair seat, it is recommended to choose thin wooden sheets with uniform thickness for easy cutting and pasting.
Production Steps
Making the Chair Seat
Use scissors or a micro-cutting tool to cut two small circles with a diameter of about 4mm from the wooden sheet as the chair seat. Insert the circles into the golden circles with a diameter of 4mm, ensuring that the circles are aligned with the edges of the golden circles, and then fix them with glue. Choose a quick-drying and strong adhesive glue to prevent the circles from loosening.Installing the Chair Legs
Take four pins and insert them into the ultra-small golden beads respectively, adjusting the position of the beads so that they are at the top of the pins. Use scissors to cut the remaining parts of the pins to a uniform height (it is recommended that the height be about 5mm, which can be adjusted according to needs), forming four equal-length chair legs. Keep the pins vertical when cutting to avoid tilting and making the chair unstable.Assembling the Structure
Glue the chair seat and the chair legs together, and use a small amount of clay at the connection points to assist in fixation. The clay should be kneaded to a soft state to fill the gaps between the chair seat and the chair legs, enhancing structural stability. After the clay dries, check if it is firm and apply additional glue if necessary.Adding a Footrest
At the middle position of the four chair legs, fix a metal ring with a diameter of 3mm horizontally as a footrest. The metal ring should fit tightly against the chair legs and can be reinforced with glue or thin wire winding. Ensure that the metal ring is level in this step to avoid tilting when the chair is placed.
Product Features
The completed ultra-mini bar stool is only about 1cm in height, making it suitable as an office chair or decorative item in miniature scenes. Although its structure is small, it combines aesthetics and stability through the combination of metal rings, beads, and pins. Pay attention to tool safety during the production process to avoid scratching your fingers.
