Metal Office Chair Technology
Metal office chair technology encompasses multiple stages, including design and raw material preparation, cutting and processing, assembly and welding, processing and coating, measurement and adjustment, upholstery and detailing, and quality inspection and packaging.

Design and Raw Material Preparation: Office chair design is carried out based on market demand and design requirements, covering aspects such as appearance, materials, and functionality. Subsequently, raw materials and accessories such as wooden boards, metal tubes, sponges, and fabrics are prepared according to design drawings and specifications.
Cutting and Processing: Wooden boards and metal tubes are cut into the required shapes and sizes according to design drawings. Mechanical equipment such as planers, drill presses, and milling machines are used to process the raw materials to meet manufacturing requirements, laying the foundation for subsequent assembly.
Assembly and Welding: The cut metal tubes are connected through welding processes to form the chair frame structure. At the same time, accessories such as armrests and seat supports are installed on the frame to ensure assembly quality and stability, ensuring the overall structural integrity of the chair.
Processing and Coating: The seat wooden boards are sanded and painted to enhance gloss and protective properties. Metal components undergo anti-corrosion treatment, such as electroplating, which deposits a dense metal coating on the metal surface through electrochemical principles, effectively isolating external moisture and oxygen. With good uniform plating and deep plating capabilities, a uniform coating is formed on the surface of complex-shaped metal trim, improving corrosion resistance. Additionally, various decorative effects can be achieved by controlling the plating solution formulation and electroplating parameters, enhancing aesthetics.
Measurement and Adjustment: After assembly and coating are completed, the office chair is measured and adjusted to check and modify seat tilt, height, sturdiness, etc., ensuring compliance with ergonomic principles and quality requirements for comfortable use.
Upholstery and Detailing: Upholstery materials such as sponges and fabrics are fixed to the exterior of the seat to create cushions and backrests, which are meticulously processed through upholstery techniques to provide comfort and aesthetics to the office chair.
Quality Inspection and Packaging: The produced office chairs undergo quality inspection to check the quality and connection of each component. After passing inspection, they are packaged and labeled for transportation and sales.
