The installation steps for the manufacturer's office chair are as follows:

Step 1: Install the Five-Star Base and Casters
There are two common methods. One is to insert each caster into the assembly holes of the five-claw base one by one, ensuring that each caster is firmly installed. Then, flip the five-claw base and place the thicker end of the gas lift into the center hole of the five-claw base. The other method is to first install the five-star base, then install the casters into the assembly holes of the five-star base one by one, and finally install the gas lift.

Step 2: Install the Seat Cushion
Place the chassis on the seat cushion, paying attention to the orientation of the chassis. After aligning the four screw holes, lightly screw in the four B screws for about 3 - 4 turns to provide initial fixation, and then tighten the screws one by one. After the chassis is installed, align the seat cushion with the gas lift and insert it into the chassis hole to ensure a secure connection. In some installation methods, the seat cushion is placed on a table in preparation for installing the armrests.

Step 3: Install the Backrest
Align the two sides at the bottom of the backrest with the armrest installation positions on both sides of the seat cushion and insert them. First, use two C screws to fix the bottom of the backrest from the bottom of the armrest bracket to prevent the backrest from wobbling. Then, align the installation holes at the back of the backrest with those on the seat cushion bracket. Use two wrenches to lock and fix the backrest and the seat cushion bracket with D screws to ensure the stability of the backrest installation. Another method is to insert the backrest into the tray and then insert the assembled chair into the gas lift.

Step 4: Install the Armrests
Press the button below the armrest surface and insert the left and right armrests into the holes of the armrest brackets respectively. Take the screws needed for the armrests and fix the armrests with three screws. Follow the same operation to complete the installation of the armrest on the other side, ensuring that the armrests on both sides are symmetrically and firmly installed.

Step 5: Install the Headrest
Place the headrest in the middle at the top of the backrest and press the installation area of the headrest to make it fit more closely with the backrest. Use two E screws to pass through the headrest fixing buckles to fix the headrest. Similarly, lightly screw in the two screws for about 3 - 4 turns for initial fixation, and then tighten them one by one to ensure that the headrest is firmly installed and in the correct position.
