Maibo Office Chair
In the office furniture project of the Finance and Economic Development Bureau of Bacheng Town, Kunshan City, there is clear procurement information about office chairs from the Maibo brand, and they have no production connection with Shenzhen Maibo Electric Appliance Co., Ltd.
According to the transaction announcement of the office furniture project of the Finance and Economic Development Bureau of Bacheng Town, Kunshan City, office chairs from the Maibo brand are used in two different areas. In the 2F Party Member Activity Room, 40 Maibo-brand meeting chairs with regular specifications were purchased. The manufacturer is Suzhou Diya Furniture Co., Ltd., with a unit price of 215 yuan per chair and a total price of 8,600 yuan. In the 2F Conference Room, the procurement situation is more complex. On the one hand, 22 Maibo-brand meeting chairs with regular specifications were purchased, also from Suzhou Diya Furniture Co., Ltd., at a unit price of 215 yuan, totaling 4,730 yuan. On the other hand, 18 Maibo-brand meeting chairs with regular specifications were purchased, again from Suzhou Diya Furniture Co., Ltd., but at a unit price of 195 yuan, totaling 3,510 yuan. It can be seen that office chairs of the same brand, from the same manufacturer, and with the same specifications may have price differences in different procurement batches, which may be related to factors such as procurement time, procurement quantity, and market price fluctuations.
In addition, Shenzhen Maibo Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. was established on August 4, 2003, and is a Sino-foreign joint venture. Its business scope mainly focuses on the research and development and production of multimedia audio, home theaters, and mobile storage devices, and there is no mention of the business of producing office chairs. This indicates that the Maibo-brand office chairs appearing in the office furniture project of the Finance and Economic Development Bureau of Bacheng Town, Kunshan City, have no production connection with Shenzhen Maibo Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. It is likely that Suzhou Diya Furniture Co., Ltd. used the brand name 'Maibo' for production and sales.
