Leisure Office Chair Making
The making of leisure office chairs requires different methods depending on the type. Here are the key points for making leisure wooden chairs, regular office chairs, and swivel office chairs:

Leisure wooden chair making: There are two common methods. One is relatively simple. First, prepare four wooden planks and nail them into a square-shaped frame, which serves as the basic support structure of the chair. Then, use long wooden planks to connect the tops of the two supports, forming the foundation for the seat and backrest frames of the chair. The other method also starts with nailing a square-shaped frame. Then, nail an additional wooden plank on the inner side of one long plank and do the same on the opposite long plank. This can increase the stability and comfort of the chair. You can choose the appropriate method according to actual needs and material conditions.
Regular office chair making: First, workers use hydraulic-powered machines to bend No. 14 steel pipes into shape to make the frame for the bottom cushion. They connect the ends and weld steel bars in the middle to enhance the frame's sturdiness. Next, they hang S-shaped steel springs from the front to the back of the seat frame and then place rods horizontally and clamp them onto the springs to increase stability and support. Then, they construct the backrest frame of the chair, including the spine, armrest attachments, and other components. After completing the frame making, they smooth out the burrs and other rough parts on the steel to make the surface smooth. After that, they smooth the leather and cut patterns according to cardboard templates, cut the foam pads for the back of the chair to prepare for subsequent covering and filling.
Swivel office chair making: First, weld a sturdy base. Install steel springs from the front and insert support frames between the springs. After completing the seat frame, weld the backrest frame of the chair. Smooth the leather on a cutting table and cut out pieces of leather according to the templates. Cut the sponge blocks, divide the leather according to the dimensions, and sew it together with the sponge. Add particle board and foam to the previously welded frame and then cover it with the leather. After assembling the seat, screw on plastic cover plates at the bottom, attach the base, support rods, and support disks, install the hydraulic rod of the lifting valve seat, which can control the chair's lifting and 360-degree rotation. Finally, attach an aluminum base and casters, and install the headrest and armrest parts to complete the making of the swivel office chair.
