Lazy Office Chair Installation

The installation of a lazy office chair mainly consists of two methods: a general process and specific model installation (such as the Sihoo C300). The specific steps are as follows:

I. General Installation Process

1. Installation of Chair Wheels and Pneumatic Rod: Insert each chair wheel into the assembly holes of the five-star base, ensuring each wheel is properly installed. Flip the five-star base and align the thicker end of the pneumatic rod with the center hole of the base, placing it vertically to ensure a secure connection between the pneumatic rod and the base.
2. Assembly of Seat Cushion and Chassis: Place the chassis on the seat cushion, paying attention to the orientation of the chassis (usually indicated by markings or grooves for alignment). After aligning the four screw holes, first screw in four B screws 3-4 turns each (to avoid misalignment caused by tightening all at once), then tighten them one by one until fixed.
3. Connection of Pneumatic Rod and Seat Cushion: Align the bottom of the seat cushion with the top of the pneumatic rod and insert it vertically into the chassis hole, ensuring it is fully inserted and does not wobble.
4. Installation of Backrest and Armrests: Align the bottom sides of the backrest with the armrest installation holes on both sides of the seat cushion and insert them. First, use two C screws to secure the bottom of the backrest from the bottom of the armrest bracket, then align the back of the backrest with the installation holes on the seat cushion bracket, and use two wrenches to lock and fix with D screws (one person needs to hold the backrest steady while the other tightens the screws).
5. Installation of Armrest Surfaces and Headrest: Press the button below the armrest surface and insert the left and right armrests into the holes of the armrest brackets, ensuring the clips are in place. Place the headrest in the middle position at the top of the backrest, press the headrest installation area to make it fit the backrest, and use two E screws to pass through the headrest fixing clips and tighten them.

II. Installation of Sihoo C300 Model

1. Chair Foot and Pneumatic Stick: Press the wheels into the holes of the chair foot, ensuring no looseness; place the pneumatic stick vertically into the middle hole of the chair foot.
2. Connection of Footrest and Seat Cushion: Use three M6*16 footrest screws to connect the footrest and seat cushion, with the screws passing through washers to increase stability.
3. Assembly of Chair Back and Chassis: Use three M8*20 screws and 8mm washers to connect the chair back and chassis tail plate, ensuring the screws are tightened and the washers are flat.
4. Installation of Armrests: First, use four M8*78 screws and 8mm washers to fix the armrests to the back connecting rod, then align with the chassis holes and insert the pneumatic stick.
5. Headrest and Decorative Cover: Insert the headrest into the top of the chair back, use two M6*16 screws to connect the chair back; finally, cover the chair back with a decorative cover to complete the installation.

Precautions: Before installation, check that all accessories are complete and that screws and tools correspond to the model being used; avoid excessive force during assembly to prevent damage to parts, and it is recommended to tighten screws step by step; after installation, check that all components are secure to ensure safe use.
