Lamex Office Chair Adjustment
The adjustment functions of the Lamex office chair cover multiple aspects, including backrest tilt tension, seat height, seat depth, lumbar support height, backrest tilt, armrests, and headrest. The specific operations are as follows:

Backrest Tilt Tension Adjustment: Controlled by a knob beneath the seat cushion. Turning it clockwise increases the tilt tension of the backrest, while turning it counterclockwise decreases it. Some models, such as the Rhythm ฮฑ, feature a telescoping knob design. You need to pull out the knob first and then rotate it to adjust the tension, with clockwise increasing and counterclockwise decreasing the tension. This function allows you to adjust the backrest support strength according to your body weight or usage habits, preventing body imbalance due to insufficient tension when leaning back.
Seat Height Adjustment: Accomplished using the lift handle on the right rear side of the chair. Lifting the handle while standing raises the seat, while lifting it while seated lowers the seat. The operation for the Rhythm ฮฑ model is slightly different; you need to stand up and pull the lever to raise the seat, and lift the lever while seated to lower it. Seat height adjustment should ensure that your feet are flat on the ground and your knees are at a 90-degree angle with your hips to maintain proper sitting posture.
Seat Depth Adjustment (Optional Configuration): Applicable to some models. To adjust, sit on the chair, lift the adjustment handle with your right hand without releasing it, lean back against the backrest with your back, and press your hips against the seat cushion to slide it forward; when you lift your hips, the seat cushion automatically slides backward. The adjustment range is 50mm. This function can accommodate users with different leg lengths, ensuring that the thighs are fully in contact with the seat cushion and reducing leg pressure.
Lumbar Support Height Adjustment (Optional Configuration): While seated, hold both ends of the lumbar support and move it up and down to adjust the position, with an adjustment range of approximately 60 millimeters. The lumbar support height should match the curve of your waist; being too high or too low may affect the lumbar support effect and could lead to waist fatigue with long-term use.
Backrest Tilt Adjustment (Optional Configuration):
- Tilt Locking: Pull out the lift handle outward, lean back to the desired angle, and then insert the handle back in. You will hear a 'click' sound indicating it is locked.
- Tilt Release: Pull out the handle and lean back slightly; when you hear a 'click' sound, sit up straight. For the Rhythm ฮฑ model, slide the tilt adjustment handle to the desired angle and press down to lock it, and pull up the handle to unlock it. This function is suitable for resting or discussion scenarios, allowing you to temporarily adjust the backrest angle.
Armrest Adjustment (Some Models): Supports height and forward-backward adjustments. Users can adjust the armrest position according to the desk height or arm length to ensure that the elbows hang naturally, reducing shoulder and neck pressure.
Headrest Adjustment (Some Models): Supports height and angle adjustments. The headrest height should match the back of the head, and the angle adjustment can conform to the curve of the neck, providing neck support and relieving fatigue from prolonged desk work.
