Jiexin Office Chair
At present, it is uncertain whether the 'BGY - 033 Mesh Office Chair Computer Chair' purchased by the Changning Community Service Center in Hefei High-tech Industrial Development Zone belongs to the 'Jiexin' brand. The following is a detailed analysis:
Lack of Brand Information in the Procurement Project
In the online supermarket procurement project of the Changning Community Service Center in Hefei High-tech Industrial Development Zone, the winning bidder, Hefei Jiexin Easy Trading Co., Ltd., provided the 'BGY - 033 Mesh Office Chair Computer Chair', specifying a quantity of 28 units and a unit price of 125 yuan. However, the brand of this office chair is not mentioned throughout the procurement information. Although the winning company's name contains the word 'Jiexin', this does not directly equate to the brand of the supplied office chair being 'Jiexin'. Company names and product brands are different concepts; a company may sell products from multiple brands, so relying solely on the company name cannot determine the product brand.
No Clear Indication in Other Related Bidding Information
There is relevant bidding information from Jiexin Office Supplies Store in Bayanhot Town, Alxa Left Banner, but this information also does not mention specific office chair products, let alone any clues as to whether the 'BGY - 033 Mesh Office Chair Computer Chair' is a 'Jiexin' brand. Therefore, no conclusion can be drawn about the brand of this office chair from this part of the information.
More Evidence Needed for Brand Determination
To accurately determine whether the 'BGY - 033 Mesh Office Chair Computer Chair' is a 'Jiexin' brand, more direct information is required, such as the brand logo on the product packaging, brand descriptions in the product manual, and explicit product brand clauses in the procurement contract. Relying solely on the existing procurement project information and related bidding information, it is impossible to conclude that this office chair belongs to the 'Jiexin' brand.
