Japan ITOKI Office Chair

Admin October 09, 2026

The Japan ITOKI office chairs are divided into two categories: regular office chairs and the Crown Office Chair, each with unique design and technical highlights.

The regular office chairs prioritize functionality and comfort, featuring understated yet meticulously designed details. Their backrest connection mechanism employs a unique structure, offering a recline angle different from conventional office chairs, providing more ergonomic support and significantly enhancing recline comfort. In terms of functionality, they support basic adjustments such as height adjustment, tilt locking, and seat sliding to meet daily office needs. The armrests are 4D adjustable (up and down, forward and backward, left and right, and angle adjustable), accommodating various sitting postures. Regarding materials, the mesh fabric uses a special material with strong vertical elasticity and weaker horizontal elasticity, balancing breathability and support. The sponge seat cushion has a relatively high hardness, suitable for users who maintain an upright sitting posture for extended periods. The hidden lumbar support at the back uses sturdy materials to provide continuous lumbar support, reducing fatigue from prolonged sitting.

The Crown Office Chair is a cross-border product resulting from the collaboration between ITOKI and Toyota Boshoku, developed based on the front electric seats of the Toyota Crown. Its core advantage lies in fully retaining multiple original functions of the car seats: the electric tilt adjustment allows precise control of the backrest angle; the lumbar support system supports multi-directional adjustment to fit different body types; the heating and cooling functions are achieved through a built-in ventilation system, adapting to seasonal changes; the seatbelt buckle is innovatively designed as a hidden USB port, balancing practicality and aesthetics. The chair legs and lifting mechanism are professionally crafted by ITOKI to ensure compliance with the load-bearing and stability requirements of office scenarios. This model is limited to 70 units worldwide, priced at approximately $3,500 or ยฅ495,000, and is sold through Japan's 'THE CROWN' retail network, targeting the high-end collector's market.

Both product categories reflect ITOKI's in-depth understanding of ergonomics and material science: the regular office chairs enhance cost-effectiveness through structural optimization and functional integration, suitable for general office scenarios; the Crown Office Chair meets the dual pursuit of personalization and functionality for high-end users through cross-border technological integration and limited availability.
