The installation steps for different models of industrial office chairs are as follows:
LS - 900 Ergonomic Chair:
First, insert the five casters one by one into the corresponding holes of the five-star base to ensure they are firmly installed. Next, vertically insert the gas lift into the center hole of the five-star base, ensuring it is vertical and stable. Then, use four M620mm screws to attach the seat frame to the backrest, tightening the screws to prevent loosening. After that, install the decorative cover for aesthetic and protective purposes. Use six M625mm screws to install the left and right armrests, paying attention to their direction and position. Install the seat pan with four M620mm screws, ensuring it is installed smoothly. Use three M86mm screws to attach the seat frame to the seat cushion, making the connection tight. Finally, use two M6*25mm screws to install the headrest, completing the installation of the entire chair.
C21 Ergonomic Chair (Standard Configuration):
First, press the wheels into the holes at the bottom of the chair base, applying pressure to ensure they are properly installed. Place the gas lift into the center hole of the chair base, ensuring it is vertical and stable. Position the mechanism correctly on the seat cushion and use four M620 screws with washers to attach the mechanism to the corresponding holes on the seat cushion, tightening the screws to prevent the mechanism from wobbling. Before installing the armrests, observe their correct direction and then use six M635 screws to attach them to the seat cushion. Insert the backrest into the mechanism back panel and use three M825 screws to attach the backrest to the mechanism tail panel. Align the upper part of the assembled chair and insert it onto the gas lift, use two M635 screws to attach the headrest to the backrest holes, and finally press in the decorative cover to complete the installation.

Insert the chair wheels one by one into the assembly holes of the five-star base, ensuring they are firmly installed. Flip the five-star base and place the thicker end of the gas lift into the center hole of the five-star base. Place the seat base on the seat cushion, paying attention to its orientation, align it with the four screw holes, and then easily screw in four B screws 3 - 4 turns each before tightening them one by one. Align the seat cushion with the gas lift and insert it into the holes on the seat base. Align the bottom sides of the backrest with the armrest installation positions on both sides of the seat cushion and insert them. First, use two C screws from the bottom of the armrest bracket to secure the bottom of the backrest, then align the installation holes on the back of the backrest and the seat bracket, and use two wrenches to lock the backrest and the seat bracket together with D screws. Press the buttons on the underside of the armrest surfaces and insert the left and right armrests into the holes on the armrest brackets respectively. Place the headrest in the middle position at the top of the backrest, press the headrest installation area to make it fit the backrest better, use two E screws through the headrest fixing clips to secure the headrest, and finally easily screw in two screws 3 - 4 turns each before tightening them one by one.
