Truck Delivery: This method is suitable for large items or office chairs that do not meet the conditions for express delivery. IKEA also provides this service to 306 cities across the country, with most areas receiving deliveries within one week when inventory is sufficient. Customers can choose a specific date or time slot for delivery. If inventory is low or during peak order periods, parcel delivery will be delayed. The shipping fee for truck delivery varies by city and weight. For example, for deliveries within the city where the IKEA store is located, in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai cities, and in some other cities, the fee is 89 yuan per order for items weighing โค50kg, with an additional 50 yuan for every 50kg increase between 50kg and 300kg, and an additional 50 yuan for every 100kg increase above 300kg. In Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, the fee is 199 yuan per order for items weighing โค150kg, with subsequent weight increase rules similar to the above. For all other cities and regions (fees for remote areas are as displayed), the fee is 279 yuan per order for items weighing โค150kg, with the same rules for subsequent weight increases. If the weight of the purchased products exceeds 2000kg, customers need to consult IKEA's online customer service or in-store staff.
In-Store Pickup: Customers can select the nearest IKEA store as the pickup point on the official website or APP and collect the items within the specified time. This method is free of shipping fees and allows customers to personally experience IKEA's shopping environment and services.
