Huizhou Office Chair Spraying

Admin October 10, 2026

Huizhou office chair spraying can refer to the surface spraying processes of office furniture, mainly including air spraying and electrostatic powder spraying.

Air Spraying

Air spraying is a relatively traditional spraying process, which is quite common in the surface treatment of office furniture in Huizhou. At present, there is relatively little specific information about the use of air spraying for office chair spraying in Huizhou, but it can be inferred that its basic principle is to atomize the paint using compressed air and then spray it onto the surface of the office chair. This method enables the paint to evenly cover the object's surface, forming a relatively fine coating. It offers a relatively wide range of color options, which can meet diverse aesthetic needs. However, air spraying also has some drawbacks. For example, during the spraying process, there will be some paint dispersion, resulting in paint waste and also causing a certain degree of pollution to the surrounding environment. Moreover, it has relatively high technical requirements for operators, who need to precisely control parameters such as the spraying distance, angle, and speed to ensure the spraying quality.

Electrostatic Powder Spraying

Electrostatic powder spraying uses the principle of electrostatic attraction between positive and negative charges to make the spraying material adhere to the metal surface, also known as powder coating. In the spraying of office furniture in Huizhou, the spraying material is in the form of polymer powder, which is negatively charged, while the metal parts are positively charged. After the powder adheres to the surface of the workpiece, it melts and covers it at a high temperature of 180 to 200 degrees Celsius. However, this process also has some limitations. Its coating thickness ranges from 0.3 to 0.4mm, and its quality is relatively inferior to that of air spraying. There are also relatively few color options, with less than 10 choices available.

In addition, Huizhou Guanjie Technology Co., Ltd. has products such as medium-density fiberboard (MDF) powder spraying equipment. Its MDF powder spraying process uses electrostatic attraction for solid-state spraying and cures the powder at high temperatures through an infrared curing process. However, it is not clearly mentioned whether this process can be used for office chair spraying. If the material of the office chair includes components suitable for this process, such as MDF, this process may be used for reference in the spraying treatment.
