Huawei Office Chair

Admin October 09, 2026

Huawei office chairs have undergone multiple upgrades and iterations. Currently, some of the office chairs used are from the Yichao brand, and they emphasize a sense of technology and user experience in their design.

Early Development History

In the early days, Huawei employees used wooden chairs. These chairs had a simple structure and low cost, but their comfort was lacking. As the company grew, they gradually switched to fabric chairs and rotating leather sofa chairs, which provided a certain improvement in comfort. After 2000, Huawei moved into the Bantian Base in Longgang, and employees started using leather sofa chairs with wheels, which were the same as the boss's chairs. This further enhanced the employees' office experience and facilitated their movement within the office area.

Important Update Milestones

By mid-2015, Huawei made a significant adjustment by uniformly replacing the original leather sofa chairs with ergonomic chairs. This change was based on considerations for employee health and office efficiency. Ergonomic chairs can better conform to the body's curves, providing more reasonable support and reducing fatigue and injuries caused by long hours of office work. At the same time, more than 1,150 of the original sofa chairs were claimed and donated by employees to primary and secondary schools, demonstrating Huawei's sense of social responsibility.

Features of Current Products

Information indicates that Huawei uses Yichao office chairs. Huawei's computer chairs place greater emphasis on a sense of technology and user experience. Taking the Flow550 Ultimate Edition as an example, its Flow adaptive lumbar support technology is a major highlight. This technology can dynamically adapt to different sitting postures, significantly reducing lumbar spine pressure and effectively protecting employees' waist health, whether they are sitting upright, leaning forward, or reclining. Moreover, its 3D floating lumbar support design offers even better support, adjusting flexibly according to the employee's body movements to provide all-around support, making employees feel comfortable and convenient during office work and helping to improve work efficiency.
