The main steel crossbeam is an 80mm×90mm octagonal high-quality cold-rolled steel, with a wall thickness of ≥1.7mm, treated with pickling for rust prevention and electrostatic powder coating for durability. The steel armrest and footrest are formed from 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel or 201 stainless steel, polished and then coated with an anti-oxidation spray, free of burrs and sharp edges. The fabric incorporates a silver ion antibacterial layer to continuously inhibit the growth of pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The frame is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.2mm, passing a 48-hour salt spray test without corrosion. This seating has not only passed the JIS L 1902 antibacterial test but also obtained China's Green Product Certification and the EU's E1-level environmental certification, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.05mg/m³, meeting the strict requirements of hospitals for indoor air quality. Dimensions can be customized, such as 60*110cm and other specifications, with a metal frame and high-density foam filling.
