Currently, there is no complete and detailed plan for making a homemade smart office chair, but you can try to make one by combining the ideas of a smart folding chair and a homemade height-adjustable chair. Here are the relevant key points:

Material Preparation:

• Frame Material: Refer to smart folding chairs and choose galvanized square tubes. They have good strength and corrosion resistance, which can meet the basic support requirements of an office chair. According to the planned size of the office chair, measure the dimensions of the required galvanized square tubes and mark them. Then use appropriate cutting tools to cut them to the required sizes.
• Seat Part: Draw on the experience of homemade height-adjustable chairs and purchase curved seat panels. The walnut color is not only aesthetically pleasing but also the curved design conforms to ergonomics, providing a comfortable sitting experience. There are 10cm×10cm hole-spaced holes on the seat panel, which facilitate subsequent connections with other components.
• Height-Adjustable Components: Prepare a height-adjustable chair base with wheels. The height is set at 38cm, and the radius of the base is 33cm. The wheels make it easy to move the office chair. Choose an electroplated height-adjustable chair rod with an adjustable height range of 33 - 49cm to meet the needs of users of different heights for seat height. A circular tray with a gas lift is also crucial. It has a silver appearance and hole spacing of 10cm×10cm, matching the hole spacing of the seat panel. The gas lift enables the seat to be raised and lowered.

Production Steps:
