Home Office Chair Fixation
The installation process for fixing a home office chair is as follows:

Step 1: Install the Chair Wheels and Five-Star Base
Insert each chair wheel into the assembly holes of the five-star base (also known as the five-claw base). After ensuring that each wheel is fully embedded, flip the five-star base so that its bottom faces downward. Check that the wheels are securely installed to prevent loosening during subsequent use.
Step 2: Install the Gas Lift
Align the thicker end of the gas lift with the central hole of the five-star base. Place it vertically and gently press down to ensure a tight connection between the gas lift and the five-star base. The gas lift is the core component for adjusting the chair's height, so it must be installed vertically to avoid functional abnormalities caused by tilting.
Step 3: Secure the Base Plate and Seat Cushion
Place the base plate on the bottom of the seat cushion, paying attention to its orientation (usually marked or with grooves corresponding to the seat cushion structure). After aligning the four screw holes, use a screwdriver to screw in each of the four screws 3-4 turns (pre-fixing) before tightening them one by one. Ensure that the base plate and seat cushion are fully flush to prevent loosening of the screws and resulting wobbling.
Step 4: Connect the Seat Cushion and Gas Lift
Align the bottom of the assembled seat cushion with the top of the gas lift and insert it vertically into the base plate hole. When you hear a 'click' sound or feel increased resistance, it indicates that the installation is complete. Avoid applying excessive force to prevent damage to the gas lift.
Step 5: Install the Backrest
Align the bottom sides of the backrest with the armrest installation positions on both sides of the seat cushion. Insert them first and use two C-screws to secure the bottom of the backrest from the bottom of the armrest brackets. Then, align the back of the backrest with the installation holes on the seat cushion brackets and use two wrenches to lock and secure it with D-screws. Ensure that the backrest is perpendicular to the seat cushion to avoid affecting comfort due to tilting.
Step 6: Install the Armrests
Press the button below the armrest surface (some models may require pressing), and insert the left and right armrests into the holes of the armrest brackets respectively, ensuring full embedding. After installing the armrests, test their adjustment functions (such as height and angle) to confirm there is no jamming.
Step 7: Secure the Headrest
Place the headrest in the middle position at the top of the backrest, press the headrest installation area to make it flush with the backrest, and use two E-screws to pass through the headrest fixing clips. Pre-tighten them 3-4 turns before tightening them one by one. Adjust the height of the headrest to a comfortable position according to the user's needs.
Precautions:
- Before installation, check that all accessories are complete to avoid interruption due to missing parts during the process;
- When tightening screws, do it in stages (pre-tighten first, then reinforce) to prevent uneven force on one side;
- After installing the gas lift, test its lifting function to ensure there is no jamming or abnormal noise;
- After completing the installation, conduct a comprehensive check to ensure that all parts of the chair are secure. Perform a wobble test to confirm that there is no looseness before use.
