High-End Office Chair Installation
The installation steps for a high-end office chair are as follows:

Step 1: Install the chair wheels and feet
Insert each chair wheel vertically into the five-claw assembly holes, ensuring that each wheel is fully seated. For swivel casters, directly snap them into the corresponding slots on the five-star base. After installation, flip the five-claw base so that the feet are facing upwards for easier subsequent operations. Check that the wheels are securely installed to avoid the risk of loosening during use.
Step 2: Install the gas lift
Align the thicker end of the gas lift with the center hole of the five-claw base, place it vertically downwards, and gently press until it is fully inserted. If there is a gap between the gas lift and the five-claw hole, adjust the angle to ensure alignment and prevent failure of the height adjustment function. The gas lift is a core component of the office chair; avoid tilting or applying excessive force during installation.
Step 3: Install the base and seat cushion
Place the base on the bottom of the seat cushion, paying attention to the base orientation (usually marked with โfrontโ or โbackโ indicators). Align it with the four screw holes, then use a screwdriver to insert each of the four screws 3-4 turns initially, and then tighten them sequentially until they can no longer turn. Next, align the center hole at the bottom of the seat cushion with the top of the gas lift and press down vertically until it is fully inserted into the base hole. Ensure that the base and seat cushion are securely connected to avoid loosening during subsequent use.
Step 4: Install the backrest
Align the bottom sides of the backrest with the armrest installation holes on both sides of the seat cushion. After vertical insertion, first use two screws to secure the bottom of the backrest from the bottom of the armrest brackets; then align the back of the backrest with the installation holes on the seat cushion brackets and tighten the screws using two wrenches (one to hold the nut and the other to turn the screwdriver). If the backrest is a split type, first install the backrest brackets and then secure the backrest mesh with screws. Ensure the backrest is installed vertically to avoid tilting, which can affect sitting comfort.
Step 5: Install the armrests
For screw-fixed armrests, use a screwdriver to insert four screws into the connection holes of the armrests and the seat cushion on both sides. For snap-fit armrests, press the button below the armrest surface and insert the armrest vertically into the bracket holes until you hear a โclickโ sound, indicating that it is properly installed. Pay attention to the orientation of the armrests during installation to avoid installing them backward, which can cause inconvenience during use.
Step 6: Install the headrest
Align the bottom of the headrest with the center position at the top of the backrest and press down vertically until the installation area is fully flush with the backrest. Insert two screws through the headrest fixing clips, first tighten them 3-4 turns, and then tighten them one by one until they are secure. Adjust the height of the headrest according to the user's height and check for any wobbling after installation.
Step 7: Final inspection
Tighten all screws to ensure there is no looseness; snap on the black decorative buttons (if any) and the diamond-shaped decorative panel at the back of the backrest (if any) to enhance the overall aesthetics. After installation, test the height adjustment, rotation, and tilt functions to ensure they are working properly. This step is crucial for ensuring safety during use and should not be omitted.
