Hanging Office Chair Assembly
It is recommended to assemble the hanging office chair from the bottom up, with the specific steps as follows:

1. Install the casters and gas lift
First, install each caster into the corresponding holes on the chair base (star base), ensuring that each caster is fully inserted and secured. Taking the S800 and W9 hollow-out computer chairs as examples, insert the five wheels into the star base one by one, ensuring that the buckles or threads are fully engaged. Then, vertically insert the thick end of the gas lift into the center hole of the star base and gently press it down to the bottom, ensuring a secure connection between the gas lift and the chair base. Pay attention to the direction of the gas lift in this step; the thick end is the bottom, and the thin end is the top. Avoid reverse installation, which would prevent subsequent height adjustments.
2. Fix the base or tray to the seat
Align the base or tray with the screw holes on the bottom of the seat and secure it with the provided screws. For example, the S800 computer chair requires four fine screws to connect the tray to the cushion, which should be tightened one by one with a wrench; the W9 hollow-out model uses four fine short screws for the same operation. Key point: The screws must be fully screwed in and free of looseness to prevent the base from separating from the seat; if the screw holes do not align, slightly adjust the angle of the tray. Do not force the screws in, as this may cause the threads to strip.
3. Connect the backrest and seat
After the seat is fixed, connect the backrest to the tray or base. The S800 computer chair requires aligning the backrest with the holes on the tray, inserting a washer and a thick screw in sequence, securing it with three screws, and finally tightening them with a wrench; the W9 hollow-out model requires first securing a steel plate to the tray with three thick short screws and then connecting the backrest to the steel plate with four screws. Precautions: The backrest must be installed vertically to avoid uneven stress distribution due to tilting; the tightening force of the screws should be moderate. Over-tightening may damage plastic parts, while under-tightening affects stability.
4. Install the armrests and headrest
Finally, install the armrests and headrest. The S800 computer chair requires aligning the armrests with the holes on both sides of the backrest, inserting a washer, securing them with nuts, and tightening them with a wrench; the W9 hollow-out model uses six fine long screws to directly secure the armrests to both sides of the cushion. The headrest is usually fixed to the top of the backrest with buckles or screws, and its height or angle should be adjusted according to the specific model. Tip: After installing the armrests, test the left-right wobble amplitude. If loose, retighten the screws; the angle of the headrest should conform to ergonomics to avoid excessive forward or backward tilting.
After assembly is complete, check that all screws are tightened, the gas lift moves up and down smoothly, and the chair wheels rotate flexibly. Ensure there are no safety hazards before use.
