Admin October 10, 2026

Information about 'Haixun Office Chair' mainly relates to the project of Anhui Haixun Metal Products Technology Co., Ltd., which aims to produce 200,000 high-end office chairs annually. Here is a detailed introduction:

Project Overview: This project is invested and constructed by Anhui Haixun Metal Products Technology Co., Ltd. It is located in the Economic Development Zone of Guangde City, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, with a planned investment of 160 million yuan. By purchasing relevant equipment, the project aims to achieve an annual production capacity of 200,000 high-end office chairs. The construction of this project will help enhance the local production scale and industrial level of office chairs, meeting the market demand for high-end office chairs.

Wastewater Treatment Measures: The project adopts a rainwater and sewage diversion system to classify and treat different types of wastewater. Domestic sewage is temporarily stored in a septic tank, while grinding wastewater and wet dust removal wastewater are settled and then combined with cooling wastewater before being discharged into the municipal sewage pipeline network. Finally, the wastewater is treated to meet standards at the Second Sewage Treatment Plant in Guangde City before being discharged. This treatment method can effectively reduce wastewater pollution to the environment, ensure wastewater discharge complies with environmental protection standards, and protect the local water environment quality.

Exhaust Gas Treatment Measures: For exhaust gases generated in different workshop sections, the project has implemented targeted collection and treatment measures. Exhaust gases are collected through effective gas collection hoods and treated using different treatment devices based on their composition and characteristics before being discharged at high altitudes. For example, exhaust gases from the melting section in Workshop 1 are treated with a high-temperature-resistant bag filter before discharge, while exhaust gases from the die-casting demolding section are treated with a bag filter and a secondary activated carbon adsorption device before discharge. These treatment measures can effectively remove pollutants from exhaust gases, reduce exhaust gas pollution to the atmospheric environment, and protect the local air quality.
