1. Live-streaming Tasks: Complete 6-6.5 hours of live-streaming per day, with two hosts taking turns to collaborate and achieve sales targets.
2. Review and Optimization: Conduct a review after each live-streaming session to analyze scripts, processes, and sales efficiency, and make targeted optimizations to improve conversion rates.
3. Short Video Participation: Collaborate in shooting Douyin short videos for account content operation and traffic generation.

II. Job Requirements

1. Basic Qualifications: Aged 20-33, with a fashionable appearance and a clean and elegant demeanor. Must possess good camera presence, makeup adaptability, and style expressiveness, with standard Mandarin.
2. Core Competencies: Must have high emotional intelligence, quick reflexes, and strong language expression skills, capable of flexibly responding to live-streaming interactions. Applicants must submit clips from past live-streams as evidence of their abilities.

III. Salary and Benefits

1. Salary Structure: Base salary + commission model, with a comprehensive salary range of 11K-15K, specifically linked to live-streaming performance and sales results.
