Backrest and Armrest Design
The backrest design of Gaoling training chairs is inspired by roses, with interlaced petals extending into integrated armrests, crafted using a new PP + 30% glass fiber injection molding process. This design not only gives the chair a unique artistic aesthetic but also enhances overall stability through its one-piece structure. The combination of the backrest and armrests reduces connecting components, lowering the risk of loosening after long-term use. Five color options are available: Dawn White, Nightlight Gray, Powder Blue, Cloud Yellow, and Coral Red, catering to aesthetic needs in various settings.
Seat Cushion and Upholstery Design
The seat cushion is made of high-density pure cotton material with a density of 40, balancing support and breathability. High-density foam effectively disperses body pressure, preventing discomfort in the buttocks after prolonged sitting; the breathable design prevents heat buildup, enhancing comfort. The upholstery comes in four colorsโgray, blue, yellow, and orangeโmatching the backrest colors while offering optimized wear resistance for high-frequency use scenarios.
Writing Board and Bracket Design
The writing board is made of ABS plastic with an aluminum alloy rotating mechanism, ensuring lightness while enhancing durability through aluminum alloy. The bracket uses high-quality โ 32 round tubes with a thickness of 2.0mm, providing strong load-bearing capacity to stably support the writing board and placed items. The rotating mechanism allows users to adjust the writing board angle as needed, improving flexibility in use.
Base and Caster Design
The base is a nylon chassis molded through injection molding, featuring a compact structure and light weight. The footrest includes an ABS storage tray for convenient storage of personal items like phones and notebooks, enhancing functionality. The casters are ฮฆ50mm nylon wheels with PU surfaces, capable of bearing up to 100kg and passing BIFMA testing (a U.S. office furniture industry standard), ensuring quiet and wear-resistant movement suitable for hard or carpeted floors.
Height Adjustment and Support Structure
The core function of an executive chair is to provide stable sitting support, with a structure including the seat cushion, backrest, height-adjustable gas lift, five-star base, and armrests. Height adjustment relies on the gas lift, allowing users to control seat height to suit different desk heights. The five-star base is made of steel, offering superior load-bearing and impact resistance compared to plastic or aluminum alloy bases, though it is heavier and better suited for fixed office settings. Armrests come in two designs: fixed, with a simple structure and low risk of loosening after long-term use; and adjustable, allowing height or angle adjustments to accommodate elbow support needs for users of different body types, though with more complex mechanics and slightly higher maintenance costs.
