Purchase Price of Common Office Chairs in Fujian

The purchase prices of common office chairs in Fujian vary significantly depending on the product type and condition, with a wide price range that requires assessment based on specific categories and states.

1. Second-hand Ordinary Office Desk and Chair Sets
In Fuzhou, the recycling prices for second-hand ordinary office desk and chair sets are typically calculated per set, with common quotes ranging from 72 yuan to 83 yuan per set. These products are usually recycled as complete sets, including basic office chairs and matching desks. The condition is mostly medium to low grade, with possible slight wear or signs of use, making them suitable for bulk procurement scenarios with lower budget requirements.

2. Second-hand High-end Swivel Chairs
Some second-hand high-end swivel chairs have relatively independent prices due to differences in brand, functionality, or design. For example, a 90% new second-hand high-end swivel chair is sold for 40 yuan each. These products may feature ergonomic design, adjustable functions, or brand premium, but their prices are significantly lower than new products due to their second-hand nature. It should be noted that this price is the "selling price" rather than the "purchase price," and the actual purchase price may be further reduced due to the profit margin requirements of recyclers.

3. Nearly New Functional Office Chairs
For high-end office chairs that are 99% new and equipped with adjustable height and rotation functions, the purchase price is not explicitly stated in the reference information. Due to their near-new condition and complete functionality, the purchase price for such products may be close to 30%-50% of the new product price, but the specific value needs to be comprehensively evaluated based on the brand, material (such as mesh or leather), and market supply and demand. For example, a new product originally priced at 2000 yuan may have a nearly new second-hand purchase price in the range of 600-1000 yuan.

4. Waste Office Desks and Chairs
If an office chair is severely damaged or cannot be used normally, it may be recycled as waste material. The recycling price for waste office desks and chairs in Fuzhou is 500 yuan each, but this price usually applies to large desk and chair combinations or complete equipment containing recyclable materials such as metal and wood. The waste recycling price for a single office chair may be significantly lower than this standard, or even calculated solely by weight.

Summary: There is no unified standard for the purchase prices of office chairs in Fujian, and assessment needs to be based on the product type (ordinary/high-end), condition (90% new/nearly new/waste), and functionality (basic/adjustable). It is recommended to contact local recyclers before recycling and provide product photos and detailed information to obtain accurate quotes.
