Fiber Office Chair Production

Admin October 14, 2026

The production of fiber office chairs can refer to the production methods of mesh swivel chairs and carbon fiber creative chairs, as detailed below:

Mesh Swivel Chair Production

  1. Design and Development: It is essential to fully consider ergonomic principles to ensure that the chair fits the body's curves, provides comfortable support, and reduces fatigue caused by prolonged sitting. For example, the curvature of the backrest should conform to the natural curve of the spine, and the height and depth of the seat cushion should meet the needs of people of different heights.
  2. Material Selection: Mesh materials are typically woven from polyester fibers through special processes. They should have good breathability, allowing air to circulate freely to keep the buttocks and back dry; sufficient elastic resilience to quickly return to their original shape after being compressed; and long-term tensile resistance to ensure that the mesh does not deform easily during prolonged use.
  3. Core Component Preparation: Cut the mesh material according to the designed dimensions and shapes precisely. Conduct durability tests on the chassis mechanism that controls the chair's lifting, rotation, and tilting functions to ensure stable and reliable operation over long-term use without failures.
  4. Assembly: Assemble on the assembly line, starting with the assembly of the chair legs and five-star base to ensure a firm connection. Then install the chassis and gas lift, ensuring the gas lift can adjust the chair's height normally. Finally, perform the mesh tensioning, securing the cut mesh fabric onto the backrest and seat frames. This step requires experience and a good touch to ensure uniform mesh tension and a flat surface, avoiding wrinkles or looseness.

Carbon Fiber Creative Chair Production

  1. Material Preparation: Prepare materials such as carbon fiber cloth. Carbon fiber cloth has advantages such as high strength and light weight, making it an ideal material for producing creative chairs.
  2. Support Strip Production: Cut the support strips and polish them to make their surfaces smooth, preparing for subsequent gluing and winding work.
  3. Fabric Layer Processing: Cut rectangular 3k bidirectional fabric (two layers), attach double-sided tape, and glue it onto the support columns. After the resin dries, wind 12k unidirectional fabric around the curved support columns in a cross-winding pattern for multiple layers to enhance the strength and stability of the support columns.
  4. Carbon Plate Production and Connection: Use carbon cloth to make two carbon plates. Glue the support columns at both ends with 502 glue and connect and reinforce them to ensure a firm and reliable connection between the carbon plates and the support columns.
  5. Subsequent Processing: Further process the carbon plates as needed, such as cutting them into appropriate shapes, reinforcing the connections, and thickening the carbon plates to make the chair more aesthetically pleasing and practical.
