Core Information of Repair Services

Shanghai Jilong Office Furniture Repair Co., Ltd. is a relatively well-known office furniture repair service provider in Fengxian District. Its service scope covers the repair of common faults in work clothes office chairs, such as structural issues like damaged chair wheels, malfunctioning pneumatic rods, and loose chair backs. If an office chair has such mechanical faults, you can directly contact this company to arrange for on-site inspection and repair.

Office Chair Reupholstering and Maintenance Process

If the repair requirement involves reupholstering and maintenance, the following standardized process should be followed:

1. Requirement Communication: Explain the chair model, fabric material (such as mesh, leather, velvet, etc.), and replacement scope (such as only the seat surface or full-chair coverage) to the repairer by phone so that they can initially assess material costs and working hours.
2. On-site Measurement: The repairer brings professional tools to the site, accurately measures the dimensions of the old fabric and the chair structure, disassembles the old fabric, and checks the wear and tear of the internal sponge or filling material in the chair.
3. Fabric Cutting and Fixing: Cut the new fabric according to the measurement data and fix it with hot-melt adhesive, a pneumatic nail gun, or special fasteners to ensure that the edges are flat and wrinkle-free while maintaining the flexibility of the movable parts of the chair (such as adjustable headrests).
4. Maintenance and Upkeep: After reupholstering, perform anti-rust treatment on the metal parts of the chair, apply lubricant to vulnerable parts such as wheels and pneumatic rods, and advise users to regularly clean the fabric (such as vacuuming weekly and wiping with a neutral detergent monthly).

Service Confirmation Suggestions

It should be noted that the search results do not clearly mention whether Shanghai Jilong Office Furniture Repair Co., Ltd. provides specific services for office chair reupholstering and maintenance. If users have reupholstering requirements, it is recommended to directly contact this company to confirm whether it has the relevant technical capabilities and material inventory to avoid time delays due to a mismatch in service scope.
