The assembly steps for a fashionable office chair are as follows:

Step 1: Install the chair base and casters
There are two common methods. First, insert each caster into the five-pronged assembly holes one by one, ensuring that each caster is properly installed and secure. Then, flip the five-pronged base and place the thicker end of the gas lift into the center hole of the base. Second, install the casters onto the chair base one by one. During installation, pay attention to the direction of the casters and ensure they are firmly installed. After installing the chair base, place the gas lift vertically into the center of the base, ensuring alignment with the center of the base.

Step 2: Install the seat plate and seat
Place the seat plate on the seat cushion, paying special attention to the orientation of the seat plate. After aligning the four screw holes, lightly screw in each screw 3 - 4 turns. This step is to initially fix the seat plate and seat to prevent misalignment during subsequent tightening. Then, tighten each screw one by one. Alternatively, you can directly fix the seat plate to the seat with screws, ensuring that the screws are tightened to ensure a firm connection between the seat plate and the seat.

Step 3: Connect the seat and gas lift
Align the seat cushion with the gas lift and insert it into the hole in the seat plate. Ensure a tight connection between the seat cushion and the gas lift without any looseness. Alternatively, take the seat with the installed seat plate and vertically insert the base onto the gas lift, ensuring a vertical insertion for a stable connection.

Step 4: Install the backrest
Align the two sides at the bottom of the backrest with the installation positions on the armrests of the seat cushion and insert them. First, use two screws to fix the bottom of the backrest from the bottom of the armrest brackets. This step initially fixes the position of the backrest. Then, align the installation holes at the back of the backrest with those on the seat cushion brackets and use two wrenches to lock and fix the backrest to the seat cushion brackets with screws, ensuring a firm installation of the backrest. Alternatively, take out the backrest, find the holes at the bottom, with the curved side of the T-frame facing outward, align and install with screws, and then insert the installed backrest into the tray.

Step 5: Install the armrests
Press the button below the armrest surface and insert the left and right armrests into the holes of the armrest brackets respectively. Ensure that the armrests are aligned with the holes of the brackets during insertion. After inserting them in place, release the button and check if the armrests are firmly installed.

Step 6: Install the headrest
Place the headrest in the middle at the top of the backrest, press the installation area of the headrest to make it fit more closely with the backrest, and fix the headrest with screws through the headrest fixing clips. Similarly, lightly screw in each screw 3 - 4 turns and then tighten them one by one to ensure a stable installation of the headrest.
