Electric Office Chair Structure
The structure of an electric office chair mainly includes the electric chair reclining structure, the basic load-bearing structure, the pressure buffering system, the structures related to the electric massage function, and the structures related to the electric lunch break function.

The electric chair reclining structure is a crucial part for enabling the reclining function of the electric office chair. It mainly consists of a seat, a guide rail structure, and a control swing frame. The guide rail structure is mounted on the seat and includes a seat guide rail and a back guide rail that is hinged at the rear end of the seat guide rail. There are seat brackets on both sides of the seat guide rail, providing support and connection for the entire structure. The control swing frame is assembled on both sides of the seat and is composed of a front swing rod, a rear swing rod, a sliding support rod, and a top support piece. It adjusts the posture of the guide rail structure through hinged and sliding connections. In the reclining state, the front swing rod, the rear swing rod, the seat brackets, and the seat form a stable trapezoidal structure, ensuring safety and reliability during use.
The basic load-bearing structure is composed of a nylon frame and aluminum alloy chair legs. The molecular structure characteristics of the nylon frame enable it to maintain light weight while having better creep resistance than ordinary plastics, allowing it to bear a certain amount of weight and pressure and ensuring the stability of the chair. The aluminum alloy chair legs further enhance the load-bearing capacity and durability of the chair.
The pressure buffering system is formed by a high-elastic sponge filling layer combined with a cowhide covering. The open-cell structure of the high-elastic sponge can better disperse local pressure, making the user feel more comfortable when sitting on the chair. The cowhide fabric performs well in terms of breathability and durability, but coating peeling may occur in high-temperature and humid environments.
The structures related to the electric massage function achieve the electric massage function by driving a mechanical transmission device with a built-in micro-motor. The rotating base uses precision-machined hardware fittings to ensure axial stability, providing stable support for the massage function.
The core of the structures related to the electric lunch break function lies in transforming the static support system of traditional seats into a motor-driven, dynamically adjustable mechanical structure. It usually involves one or more micro-electric push rods. Through a control circuit, it receives user commands to drive the angle change between the seat back and the seat cushion, while cooperating with pneumatic or mechanical lifting devices to adjust the seat height. The connecting mechanism between the seat back and the seat cushion should be able to withstand repeated torque changes. The internal filling should maintain uniform support for the body in different postures. The overall structure should also consider changes in the center of gravity to ensure that the chair does not tip over when the seat back leans backward.
