Easy Installation Office Chair
The steps for installing an easy-to-assemble office chair are as follows:

Step 1: Install the chair wheels and gas lift
Insert each chair wheel into the assembly holes of the five-star base, ensuring that each wheel is fully embedded. After flipping the base over, vertically place and press the thicker end of the gas lift into the center hole of the base. For some models, you can first press the wheels into the chair corners and then insert the gas lift into the middle hole. Make sure the gas lift is in tight contact with the base to prevent looseness.
Step 2: Install the seat plate and cushion
Place the seat plate at the bottom of the cushion, paying attention to the orientation of the seat plate (usually the side with the adjustment lever faces forward). After aligning the screw holes, use a screwdriver to screw each screw in 3-4 turns. Ensure all screws are initially fixed before tightening them one by one to prevent the seat plate from shifting. For some designs, you need to invert the cushion, insert the screws from the bottom, and then flip it back for installation.
Step 3: Connect the cushion to the gas lift
Align the center hole at the bottom of the cushion with the top of the gas lift and press down vertically until it is fully inserted into the hole in the seat plate. Make sure the cushion is firmly connected to the gas lift. You can gently shake it to test for looseness.
Step 4: Install the backrest
Align the two sides at the bottom of the backrest with the installation slots on the armrests of the cushion. Insert them vertically and then use two M8 screws to fix the bottom of the backrest from the bottom of the armrest brackets. Then align the installation holes at the back of the backrest with the holes in the cushion brackets. Use two wrenches to cross-tighten the screws to ensure a firm connection between the backrest and the cushion. For some models, you need to first fix the chair back to the cushion brackets with three screws.
Step 5: Install the armrests
Press the elastic button below the armrest surface and insert the left and right armrests into the holes in the armrest brackets respectively. A 'click' sound indicates that they are properly installed. For some designs, you need to use screws to fix them from the bottom of the armrests and tighten them until they cannot shake.
Step 6: Install the footrest (if applicable)
Align the connecting rod of the footrest with the reserved hole at the bottom of the cushion, insert it vertically, and rotate it slightly to fix it. Make sure the telescoping or folding function of the footrest is normal and there is no jamming.
Step 7: Install the headrest (if applicable)
Align the bottom of the headrest with the installation slot at the top of the backrest and press down vertically until it is fully fitted. Insert a screw through the headrest fixing clip and connect it to the backrest. First screw it in 3-4 turns for preliminary fixing and then tighten them one by one. For some models, you need to insert the headrest into the special slot on the chair back without using screws.
Precautions:
- Check that all accessories are complete before installation to avoid missing parts during the process.
- When tightening the screws, operate symmetrically to prevent uneven force on the components and deformation.
- After installing the gas lift, test the lifting function to ensure there is no jamming or abnormal noise.
- After installation is complete, conduct a comprehensive check of all connection points and shake the office chair to confirm its stability.
