• Central Shaft and Steel Pipe Processing: Cut a circular steel pipe and weld it onto the central shaft. The central shaft is a key part of the chair's drive system, and its processing accuracy directly affects the chair's operational stability.
• Chassis Production and Assembly: Cut rectangular steel pipes to make the chassis, weld it into a C-like shape and drill holes at the four corners. Assemble it with the support frame and fix it with threaded rods. The chassis needs to have sufficient strength and stability to bear the weight of the human body and the force of the drive system.
• Wheel and Universal Wheel Installation: Prepare two wheels, install transmission gears, and fix them on the other two holes of the chassis with short screws. Weld to complete the wheel installation. Then, weld it into a T-shape and extend it to the front of the chassis. Weld two universal wheels onto the side of the chassis that contacts the ground. The installation of wheels and universal wheels allows the chair to move flexibly, and the transmission gears ensure the transmission of driving force.
• Shock Absorber, Motor, and Battery Installation: Connect the shock absorber between the chassis and the support frame. Weld a motor mounting bracket on the chassis with steel pipes, install two motors, and make a battery compartment between the two motors and install two batteries. The shock absorber can improve the chair's comfort, and the motors and batteries are the core components of the drive system, providing power for the chair.
• Circuit Control and Switch Installation: Prepare two disposable lunch boxes, install the circuit control board and motor speed switch inside the lunch boxes, weld a bracket to fix the lunch boxes on both sides of the armrests, and finally connect all the wires. The circuit control board and switch can control the chair's drive system, allowing users to adjust the chair's moving speed conveniently.
