Craftsmanship in Office Chair Production
The craftsmanship in office chair production is reflected in multiple stages, including design, material selection, manufacturing, assembly and debugging, and final inspection.

Design Stage: The core concept is to ensure users can sit comfortably and not get tired even after sitting for a long time, taking into account various factors such as ergonomics, material science, and usage scenarios. The design team conducts in-depth research on sitting habits in different office scenarios, carefully considers every detail, creates multiple prototypes, and continuously adjusts and optimizes them through simulation tests and user feedback to ensure the office chair can best meet human needs and provide a comfortable sitting experience.
Material Selection Stage: The selection of materials is extremely strict. From the strength of steel, the toughness of plastics to the elasticity and environmental friendliness of mesh or sponge, every batch of incoming materials requires professional testing. For example, the gas lift, a core component, must pass pressure and safety tests to ensure it can withstand a certain amount of pressure and be safe to use; the fabric must meet environmental and durability requirements to safeguard the health of users and the service life of the product.
Manufacturing Stage: During the forging and processing of the core structure, the chair frame is mostly made of metal materials. Through precision mold stamping, bending, followed by welding, grinding, and polishing processes, the structure is made sturdy and the edges are smooth without burrs. Then, it enters the electrophoretic or spraying production line for surface treatment, with precise control over the coating thickness and uniformity to enhance the product's aesthetics and corrosion resistance. When making the bottom cushion frame, a hydraulic power machine is used to bend 14-gauge steel pipes into shape, connect the ends, and weld steel bars in the middle. S-shaped steel springs are hung from the front to the back of the seat frame, and horizontal bars are placed and clamped onto the springs to increase stability and support. When constructing the chair back frame, including the assembly of the spine, armrest attachments, and other components, the burrs on the steel are ground smooth.
Assembly and Debugging Stage: Well-trained workers systematically combine components such as the backrest, seat cushion, gas lift, base, five-star feet, and casters. Many connection points require specific torque tightening, and the installation of the gas lift must ensure smooth lifting and lowering and firm locking. After assembly, preliminary functional tests are carried out, such as lifting, rotation, and reclining adjustments, to ensure all mechanical structures operate smoothly.
Final Inspection Stage: Quality inspectors conduct a comprehensive check on the finished products, including checking for any flaws in appearance, whether all adjustment functions are sensitive and effective, and whether the stability meets standards. Only products that pass the strict inspection can leave the factory.
